  • La Risa es un ejercicio muscular moviliza la mayoría de los músculos del cuerpo abdominales, cara, miembros.
  • Actúa sobre el eje respiratorio: dilatación de bronquios, aumento del volumen respiratorio, lucha contra el asma.
  • Es un estimulante cardiovascular: baja la tensión arterial, disminuye el ritmo cardiaco.
  • Mejora la digestión: es un masaje terapéutico del tubo digestivo, aumenta el tránsito intestinal y lucha contra el estreñimiento.
  • La risa libera endorfinas cerebrales, actúa sobre el dolor y aumenta la secreción de serotonina. Una persona que está deprimida tiene bajos niveles de serotonina.
  • Actúa sobre el sistema neuro vegetativo, disminuye el estrés, favorece el sueño.
  • Es un estimulante psíquico.

Nevertheless, I beg your pardon, but I do not give credence to your entire strategy, all be it exciting none the less. It looks to me that your opinions are generally not completely rationalized and in reality you are generally yourself not even fully confident of your point. In any event I did enjoy looking at it.
